Fist and gives your arms … back home with the Sioux … br / br / After a long time to learn about each other and trusting each other .. and the Sioux, Costner became friends and uh oh … He and Mary love each other and a story develops between the two ….. Costner is at home with the Sioux and has finally taken on a buffalo hunt incredibly beautifully filmed …. then I learned that they belonged to bison to a neighbor farmer who rented them to production for TIG …scene ….. no buffalo were injured …. br / br / later Costner and McDonnell were married in a true ….. Kevin Costner’s 1990 epic won a bundle of Oscars for a moving, engrossing story of a white soldier (Costner) who singlehandedly mans a post in the 1870 Dakotas, and becomes a part of the Lakota Sioux community who live nearby. The film may not be a masterpiece, but it is far more than the sum of good intentions. The characters are strong, the development of relationships is both ambitious and careful, the love story between Costner and Mary McDonnell’s character is captivating. Only the third-act portrait of white intruders as morons feels overbearing, but even that leads to a terribly moving conclusion. Costner’s direction is assured, the balance of action and intimacy is perfect–what more could anyone want outside of an unqualified masterpiece? I–Tom Keogh/I

I was listening to music on YouTube while watching this movie on mute. However, the plot and the theme was very clear. It 'was very exciting to see a soldier in the civil war (though in fiction) in between the lines and protest against the killing of men in combat unnessary worthless. E 'was also nice to see his humanity in the Sioux nation accept and deal with his misadventures with other Indian tribes. It 'too bad the others, namely, the warlords do not have the same humanitarian spirit andsee the beauty in peace and love (not in the superficial sense hippies). Very nice movie. I will watch it again.
