I have owned this FD-75PR Nesco food dehydrator for 1 month. I made several batches of jerky. 6 1 / 2 hours seems to be the perfect moment. Best buy I've ever done. I can not wait to try fruit. The only improvement I would suggest is an on / off. I bought a plug in timer from Walmart for $ 6. This works fine.
