Tach I bought this for my sons 97 Civic DX (which did not come with a tachometer). Started looking at eBay and they were small children selling for about $ 35 – so Amazon was a bargain at $ 25 with free shipping.br / Shipping: It 'came about 4 days later (Kudo Amazon for the super fast free shipping). Package was good – damaged.br nothing / First look: open the package and pulled out. It came with Tach, instruction manual, and the vehicle reference. Complicated.br Blank / installation: Thiswas a breeze. Went on-line forum for civic and said the blue wire that my car was already provided with the tach wire. The installation was so easy, took about 20 minutes, I thought I did somethign wrong. I started the car and the Tach has come to life. It is mounted on the pillar to the left of driver.br / Longevity: installed for at least a month and no problems. Works great.br /
