I bought this product because it has 4 partitions instead of 3. I have a hard time twisting to look to others for the divider formula, but is a bit 'difficult to open. No it does not. Holds up to 4 scoops of formula. The powder comes out especially well when you tap inbottle, as opposed to what the review said the other. Another review complained about the color, which I thought was kinda weird. The color looks good to me. The dispenser is a bit 'larger than normal, but probably because it is a 4-dispenser.br divider / br / I did not give a 5 star, because it is difficult to open, and you worry you might pay if they are looking into the dust open it. But all in all, a good value for money.
